The US side (Massena, Malone, Ogdensburg) and the upper St. Lawrence are workable, but need a quick check on cross-border and equipment rules. Mention it in the request form and I'll confirm feasibility before quoting.

Travel fee: $0.65/km beyond the 150 km radius, rounded. Multi-location days can save the per-trip fee if the properties are within 20 km of each other.
